Twenty Nine began at Razlagova 29 —
with a simple idea: student living can feel better.

We created a home for students who appreciate
good design, calm surroundings and a little more
personality than the typical student flat.

Whether you’re coming from another part of Slovenia
or arriving in Maribor from abroad, Twenty Nine is
designed to make the start easier and the city quickly
feel like home.

Each room is inspired by a different part of Maribor:
Old Railway, Lent and Piramida — three rooms,
one shared home and your own Maribor story.

The Twenty Nine story continues in Lenart, with
a smaller, more private apartment and a calmer pace.
Different setting, same idea — thoughtful design,
comfort and a place that feels like home.
